Linda Chatmon, the founder of CER, is a distinguished expert in entrepreneurship and economic development, with a specialization in public sector acquisition and procurement.

With over 28 years of consulting experience, Linda has built an exceptional reputation through her for-profit consulting business. Recognizing the potential to make a greater impact on communities in need, Linda transitioned her venture into a non-profit organization, dedicating her expertise solely to the cause of economic recovery.
